From its green valleys spread with vineyards to its old churches and watchtowers perched in fantastic mountain scenery, Georgia is a country which I can wholeheartedly recommend to any traveller. It is also the birthplace of wine.

After a while the feeling of novelty of flying the drone high wears off and I started to capture panoramas from angles from which you can only shoot with a drone but which are much closer to the ground.

Shot 3400m above the ski resort of Mestia. We're now high enough that we can see Mt. Elbrus, the highest mountain of Europe at 5600m.

Tusheti is one of the remotest areas in Georgia, where people only live during the summer. Most villages don't have roads and can only be reached by horse.
